Service Models

Contingency: In this model, fees are issued following placement of an individual on your team. Though a higher structure, no fees are incurred until successful hire of candidates. Many individuals start with this model and explore other options to meet the demands of their hiring needs.

Retained: A lower fee structure is offered to companies with an initial retainer, of which is reconciled against future placement fees. These retainers do not expire and may be credited against any placement at any time. 

Executive Search: With deep networks, we have an extensive roster of senior individuals across a variety of business functions. We understand that these searches take time and precision.
