This includes up to three finalized resumes, each with its own positioning narrative tailored to your career interests. The first month is a focused strategy series. Four weekly sessions dedicated to building out your updated experience bank, finalizing your resume(s), curating your professional brand and positioning, creating your career story arc, and identifying the best pathway forward to hit your career goals.
After that, we shift to bi-weekly sessions for four additional sessions for support during your search with ongoing feedback on your search, interviews, and connections.
Following, you have access to three months of office hours where you continue to receive support, have you questions answered, and can obtain direct feedback on your most recent interviews and conversations.

You will have clarity on how to evaluate your interviews. The Post-Interview Debrief Protocol provides a clear framework to complete a retrospective following each conversation. This includes: what landed, what didn't. and what to adjust. You'll be given a clear evaluation framework so you can assess how each conversation went, identify what resonated, and pinpoint where the narrative lost traction. This means you're not just waiting for my feedback. You're developing the ability to self-assess in real time, sharpen your own delivery, and course-correct between conversations on your own.
Every conversation, whether it results in an offer or not, makes the next one sharper. Over time, you become a stronger interviewer and a more compelling communicator in every professional setting, not just the ones we prepare for together. This is a continuous improvement loop built into the process.

I take a maximum of three career agent clients at any time. The introductions, the research, and the briefings are hands-on work that requires real attention. I will not dilute that by overloading my roster.
