How We Work Together:

The first month is a focused strategy series. Four weekly sessions dedicated to building out your updated experience bank, finalizing your resume(s), curating your professional brand and positioning, creating your career story arc, and identifying the best pathway forward to hit your career goals.

After that, we shift to biweekly sessions for four additional sessions supporting you through your active search, with ongoing feedback on your applications, interviews, and networking conversations.

Following, you have access to three months of office hours where you continue to receive support, have your questions answered, and can obtain direct feedback on your most recent interviews and conversations.

Throughout the program, you have access to the Leadership Accelerator Vault: modules supporting your individual sessions, so you come into every session with the framework and can use your time to customize for your career goals.
