The first month is a focused strategy series. Four weekly sessions dedicated to building out your updated experience bank, finalizing your resume versions, setting your positioning, creating your career story arc, and identifying the best pathway forward for connections and company type based on your career interests.
After that, we shift to bi-weekly check-ins where we review your pipeline, debrief your conversations, refine your approach, and strategize on active opportunities.

The goal is to get you hired and then to make sure you thrive once you are there. For the role you accept, I build a tailored success plan: what to prioritize in your first 30, 60, and 90 days. This includes how to establish credibility with your new team, what quick wins to target, and how to position yourself for the next step within 12 to 18 months.
Most career services end at the offer letter. This one keeps your momentum going so you continue to build on your success well beyond day one.
Bonus: Post-Interview Debrief Protocol
For any opportunity that does not convert, we debrief together. What landed. What didn't. What to adjust. You'll be given a clear evaluation framework so you can assess how each conversation went, identify what resonated, and pinpoint where the narrative lost traction. This means you're not just waiting for my feedback. You're developing the ability to self-assess in real time, sharpen your own delivery, and course-correct between conversations on your own.
